If you've been hiding inside this Winter, get yourself moving again during a variety of beautiful, West Aucklan nature walks. You'll have a ready-made Tribe of new friends to meet, & some beautiful walks to look forward too. Prepare for good times, great girl-chats & some much needed 'smile-a-size'
If you've been stuck inside for FAR too long, the 'Westies Walking Club' friendship series will get you moving again. You'll make some lovely new friends while exploring a variety of pretty, nature based walks in/around you.
Membership: Your $47 1-off, 'membership fee' means you'll have a like-minded tribe of new friends to connect with in your very own, 'Messenger Chat Group' plus, you can pick n' choose from any/all of the wonderful friendship events below 🥳
- Oakley Creek Walk & Talk - Sunday, Dec 11th, 2pm. Explore a 6m high waterfall & Aucklands longest Urban stream! 4.5 km. Some steep parts so not suitable for prams.
- Karamatura Waterfall Track - Sunday, Jan 8th, 2pm. 1.2 hours of moderately challenging, beautiful walks. Dogs on leads welcome.
- Upper Nihotupu Dam Walk & Talk - Sunday, Feb 5th 2pm. - 1.5 hour walk. Dogs on Leash welcome. 5km easy walk.
- Titarangi Beach (via the Zig Zag Track) Walk & Talk - Sunday, Dec 11th, 2pm. Dogs on leads welcome. Stairs to the beach can be steep so not suitable for prams.
Wondering if you'll be fit enough?
If you can manage a 1-2 hr walk & talk paced to encourage girl-chats and admiring the view, this friendship series is for you!!
Nervous you heading along on your own?
Good news, Tribe events are designed to be attended solo plus, this is a 'friendship event!' So, it's less a case of going on your own, and more a case of 'meeting friends there'. Plus, as everyone is on their own, prepare for the friendliest walk n' talk ever!!
Worried you won't click with the other gals?
As the goal of the Tribe is to help you make lovely new friends, if you head along and think 'oooops, not my people' let us know and we'll transfer you to another friendship series, or offer you a full refund, no questions asked
Not Sure What to Wear?
Comfy shoes and casual, every-day clothes. Don some shorts, jeans, comfy pants and a favourite tee-shirt and we'll see you there!
