About The Event
If you’re craving real conversations, a good stretch, and fresh sea air in your lungs—this one’s for you. Held on the 1st Sunday of every month, this relaxed wellness series is your chance to walk, chat, and connect with other women who are all about ageing colourfully, not quietly.
Hosted by Tracy-lee Kellet each month, we’ll explore a different topic relevant to life in our late 40s and beyond—while walking, talking, and wrapping things up with a gentle Pilates-inspired stretch and cuppa.
Feel free to drive in from other areas if you'd like to come along.
