Southern Gals Forest Bathing: Green Therapy Get-Together

Ever stepped into a forest and felt your breath slow down, your shoulders drop, and a sense of peace wash over you?

The Japanese call it Shinrin Yoku. In Norway, it’s Friluftsliv. We simply call it Green Therapy—a grounding practice of slowing down, tuning in, and letting nature do what it does best: restore, revive, and reconnect us.

This unique Forest Bathing Get-Together invites you to step away from the noise of everyday life and sink into stillness—surrounded by trees, guided by breath, and joined by a small group of like-minded women.

Together, we’ll:

🌿 Take a slow, mindful walk through nature

🌿 Pause for moments of reflection, breathwork, and gentle presence

🌿 Enjoy simple, soulful conversations beneath the trees

🌿 Leave feeling centred, lighter, and more connected—to ourselves and each other

There’s no pressure, no need to be “good at meditation” or even especially fit. Just come as you are, with a willingness to slow down and savour the magic of stillness and sisterhood.

Feel free to drive in from other areas if you'd like to come along.

Worried you won’t know anyone?

No worries! Everyone comes solo—and that’s the whole idea. Whether you’ve been with the Tribe for 5 minutes or 5 years, you’ll love the welcoming, gentle vibe of this gathering.
