Social Strollers: Flat Walking Series

Designed for those who prefer a gentler pace, this walking series is a no-pressure way to enjoy the great outdoors and connect with like-minded women. Whether you’re starting your fitness journey, looking for easy-going walks, or simply keen to socialise while soaking up some fresh air and sunshine, these friendship events are all about good vibes and great company.

Hosted by Tamsin Rose, each walk explores a beautiful local pathway, providing the perfect mix of light exercise, lovely scenery, and plenty of opportunities to chat with new friends. Afterward, wind down over a cuppa at a nearby café -- perfect for continuing the conversation and enjoying even more gal time!
