Introducing a brand-new, all-ages, 'Tribe Friendship Series' that's super-fun, super-friendly, and perfect if you're looking to make some lovely new connections.

Hosted fortnightly, this friendship series is ideal if you're a fan of chatting about how you can be your healthiest version - 

Whether it's healthy food, a healthy relationship,or a  healthy sense of sense confidence.

Let's talk about inspiring books we've read, podcasts we've loved or our latest outdoor adventure 😊 

Don't worry if you're feeling a little bit nervous about attending solo - everyone you meet is there to make new friends too! Plus, let's plan some epic outdoor adventures we can do together like walks, tramps or weekend adventures. Who knows, we might even work up to running a half-marathon together!

Start - 10am at Urban Soul carpark for our easy, 30-40 min stroll round the lake. 

Afterward, back to Urban Soul for our cuppa and catchup.
